Its Black History Month 2024 and YMLA is celebrating in a big way! In class your teachers are asking that you research a prominent figure in black history to present to the school for extra credit. To make this easier, you can submit your research to The Gentlemen’s Bugle by filling out this form below. We will publish them in your name, or allow you time at High School Conventus to share them with your brothers.

About the Contributor
Ellington is a junior and staff member of the Gentlemen's Bugle with a focus on photography. You can expect him to be involved in Conventus planning and on field trips taking photos for the yearbook. This is his second year in journalism and also his second on student council. He’s been the class of 2025’s vice president for a year as well as a VASE participant and a member of the mock trial team. Outside of school, he enjoys making art in a variety of mediums and spending time with family and friends.
